Frequently Asked Questions

Still need help? Contact us
What are the prerequisites?
Comfort with basic algebra and spreadsheets is enough for Foundations. Intermediate and Advanced courses expect familiarity with probability, Python or R, and version control.
How much time should I plan each week?
Self-paced modules: 3–5 hours/week. Cohorts with workshops: 5–7 hours/week, including project time.
What is the difference between cohort and self-paced?
Cohorts include live workshops, feedback, and peer review. Self-paced tracks include the same content without live sessions, designed for flexible schedules.
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes. On completion of projects and peer review, you’ll receive a verifiable certificate issued by NobleBlue Decision Studio.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course. See the full policy in our Terms.
Is the content accessible?
We follow WCAG guidelines: keyboard navigation, high contrast, captions for videos, and descriptive transcripts for all lectures.
Which tools do you use?
Python, R, and spreadsheet workflows. We avoid lock-in and emphasize reproducible environments through containers or environment files.
How do I get help during a course?
Discussion boards, office hours (cohorts), and email support. We target a 48-hour response for technical questions.
Do you offer enterprise packages?
Yes. We provide team enrollments, private cohorts, and custom case studies aligned to your context.
